Granola Revised

I accidentally made the best oatmeal I've ever tasted a few weeks ago and I decided to use the same flavors in our granola and it's AMAZING. Seriously. This stuff is sooo good. Lemon, ginger, and vanilla.

4 C oats
3 TB brown sugar
2 tsp salt
2 TB flax meal
1/4 C veg oil
1/3 C lemon juice
1/2 C honey
1 TB vanilla
1 TB chopped ginger (I used crystallized)


These are rough estimates, add, subtract, and substitute all you want. Granola is hard to screw up.
I mix the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients separately and then mix them together. Spread it on a cookie sheet and bake it at 350 until it's crunchy enough for you. We stir it every 10 min or so and it's usually in there for about 30 min.
