I can indeed wake up before 8:00 am.
I woke up at 5:30 am today.
Bright eyed and bushy tailed if you can believe it.
I couldn't believe it, so I went back to sleep.
I woke up again at 7:30 so I think there might be something strange going on.
I guess it's a good thing.

I always wake up early if I've gone to bed late. Why is that?
that's the saddest thing i've ever heard.

I find I am awake that early and then a few hours later I am tired. so I don't know if it's really worth waking up that early.
